Job Description

As our Lead Product Designer, you will own the user experience for our custom software projects. You will work from discovery and research through to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems, ensuring our solutions are intuitive, engaging, and solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the UI/UX design process across multiple projects.
  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Developing and maintaining clean, scalable design systems in Figma.
  • Collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
  • Expertise in Figma or other modern design tools.
  • Experience designing complex web applications or enterprise software.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to advocate for the user while balancing business needs.
