Job Description

Own tenant-level Microsoft 365 administration and build secure, scalable business apps and automations with Power Platform. You’ll manage identity, security, and core M365 services while designing Dataverse-backed solutions, flows, and integrations with robust governance (DLP, ALM, CoE) for enterprise reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant: configuration, policy baselines, updates, and service health across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Manage identity, access, and device trust with Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, PIM, sync) and enforce least-privilege access.
• Implement and operate security & compliance controls: Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP policies) and Defender for Office 365 (Safe Links/Attachments, preset policies).
• Design and build solutions with Power Platform: canvas/model-driven apps, cloud flows, Dataverse tables/relationships, Power Pages (nice to have).
• Establish and execute ALM: solutions-first development, managed deployments, environment strategy (dev/test/prod), and automated pipelines with Azure DevOps/GitHub.
• Apply governance: DLP policies for connectors, environment and maker guardrails, telemetry/monitoring, and adoption using the CoE Starter Kit.
• Create integrations via Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, webhooks, and (where needed) Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
• Automate admin and ops with PowerShell/CLI (Microsoft Graph, Power Platform CLI) and document runbooks/playbooks.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, supportable solutions; provide enablement and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration (tenant-level) across Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams.
• Strong Microsoft Entra ID experience (Conditional Access, identity sync, RBAC/PIM).
• Applied security & compliance: Microsoft Purview Information Protection and DLP; Defender for Office 365 configuration and reporting.
• Professional experience building with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) including solution packaging and environment strategy.
• ALM proficiency: managed/unmanaged solutions, solution layering, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Scripting and developer skills: PowerShell; familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript or C# for extensions, custom connectors, or PCF components.
• Customer-facing consulting skills (requirements, demos, documentation).
• Relevant certifications are a plus: MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
